Bailey Siebrecht
Bailey grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she spent much of her childhood playing soccer. She later attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. During her time at UNI, she worked with a variety of sports teams through her clinical rotations, with a favorite perk of having courtside and sideline access during games. Bailey went on to earn her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University. As an Industrial Athletic Trainer, she has developed strong expertise in workplace injury prevention and ergonomics, helping organizations create safer and more efficient work environments.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the summer, and is currently learning how to ski in the winter. Her favorite part of ergonomics is helping prevent workplace injuries so people can continue doing what they love outside of work.
