You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.” You may continue to receive phone or email communications unless requested otherwise.

By using our website and digital services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and use them only for lawful purposes.

Note: PRA does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

8.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary by purpose. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to appointments or billing status.

8.4 Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply. These charges are dependent on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan and may vary between domestic and international messages.

8.5 Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Providing verbal consent during registration
  • Submitting an online form
  • Completing a paper form during intake

8.6 Opt-Out Method

You may opt out by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any SMS message
  • Contacting our office directly to request removal
